High build wall systems are necessary for sanitary and wash down environments.
General Polymers wall systems are based upon high build epoxies and a chemically-resistant/color-stable
polyurethane topcoat. These systems are designed to cover concrete, block walls
and sheet rock. A
key benefit
to
these
systems
is the impact resistance provided by fiberglass reinforcing or the use of
a flexible
epoxy base. These systems are available with antimicrobial additives to inhibit
the growth of microorganisms, helping to hygienically maintain the facility
between scheduled sanitation.
SANIFLEX™ Interior Wall System
Product Description
General Polymers SANIFLEX INTERIOR WALL SYSTEM is a multi-layer, high build
wall surfacing system utilizing two coats of a flexible epoxy membrane as a
base and a 100% solids urethane enamel topcoat for color and gloss retention.
This unique system offers a competitive advantage over reinforced rigid epoxy
systems while maintaining crack bridging and impact resistance.

POLY-COTE Finish system is a multi-layer, high-build wall and ceiling surfacing
system utilizing an epoxy base coat with fiberglass mesh reinforcement added
for dimensional stability and greater durability. The system is available with
two or more finish coats providing unique crack bridging properties and impact
resistance.
