to as the cellular poly crate, which has proven to substantially reduce freight
damaged material.
Approval drawings are submitted for design, layout and field dimension verification.
Field use drawings and complete erection details are included with shipment.

Only the finest quality materials are used in manufacture of "General" toilet
partitions, dressing compartments and showers.

General’s Baked Enamel on Galvanized-Bonderized Steel is available in all styles
for toilet partitions, showers and dressing compartments. The economy and durability
of baked enamel makes it the popular choice for new construction or remodeling.
Periodic washing with a mild soap and an occasional waxing with a good automobile
wax will keep the finish looking new for years.
General’s Finish is a superior quality polyester enamel applied automatically
by a hot air assisted electrostatic system. Baked at 400°F. The exclusive
use of galvanized bonderized steel gives additional protection and enhances
adhesion. The finish shall meet or exceed the following.
• Humidity 100% @ 100°F 1000 hrs.
• Salt Spray 20% @ 100°F 300 hrs.
• Water Soak @ 100°F 1000 hrs.
• Hardness 2 H. min.

General’s exclusive use of type 304 stainless steel polished to a No. 4 Finish
offers the ultimate in partitions. The Finish is protected in the manufacturing
process and in shipping by a P.V.C. film which is removed at the job site. Any
scratches can be removed and the original beauty restored by buffing. Also available
with a Deep Textured surface or a Baked Enamel finish.

General’s High Pressure Plastic Laminate Partitions are available in wood grains
or solid color. High Pressure Laminates meet or exceed NEMA Standards. Standard
Core is particle board and is not recommended for high moisture areas. For high
moisture areas a plywood core of solid phenolic core should be used.

We are proud to introduce a revolutionary new material to the partition market.
We start with a highly durable, graffiti resistant FRP surface, and bond it
to a solid wood core. The partition corners are then rounded and the edges are
bull-nosed and finally coated with a hard poly-edge coating. The final product
is a tough, stain-resistant partition system that will not dent, rust, corrode
or delaminate. PANELAM™ is excellent for use in schools, rest stops, restaurants,
and any other high traffic area.

General's H.D.P. toilet partitions, showers and dressing compartments are manufactured
using high density polymer resin. Color is solid thru-out. Compartments cannot
rust, rot, de-laminate or absorb odors like marble. Surface has a beautiful
orange peel finish to help prevent scratches. Completely water resistant, can
be used under any moisture condition. Perfect for shower and dressing compartments
as well as toilet partitions.

General’s S.P.C. toilet partitions, showers and dressing compartments are fabricated
of solid phenolic core. Solid Phenolic Core Panels are composed of melamine-impregnated
decorative surface papers superimposed over a varying number of kraft phenolic
core sheets to achieve a desired thickness. To form a one piece unit which will
not delaminate; edges are dark brown or black solid phenolic resin. Completely
water resistant, impervious to steam, soaps and detergents will not mildew.

General Partitions’ institutional hardware withstands heavy abuse and vandalism
in schools, airports and other high-use public facilities. All of the following
options are available on all styles and materials of partitions:
• Continuous Hinge - runs the full height of the door. Available in either type
304 satin finish stainless steel extra heavy 16 gauge, or clear anodized bright
aluminum, both available with or without spring tension to return door to its
closed position. Hinge is through-bolted to door and stile with 12 theft-resistant,
one-way through bolts.
• Latch and Stop and Keeper - extra heavy cast stainless steel attached with
through-bolts, providing maximum strength.
• Heavy cast stainless steel door stops to resist vandals from kicking door
out.
• "T", "L" and "U" channels are full height. Available in 18 gauge type 304
stainless steel or clear anodized aluminum extrusions. Full length brackets
provide maximum strength to installations.

defects resulting from the use of inferior materials, hardware, or workmanship,
for a period of one (1) year from the date of final completion, when properly
stored, handled, and maintained under normal usage.
