EverGuard® TPO
TSR - 45 Membrane
GAF EverGuard® TSR-45 thermoplastic polyolefin single-ply
membrane systems have been engineered to provide premium performance at
a very cost-effective price. Strong, flexible, durable EverGuard TSR-45
membrane is suitable for use in all types of single-ply systems:

Compared to typical single-ply EPDM, PVC and TPO membranes, GAF EverGuard
TSR-45 roofing membrane provides the benefits of all three materials in
a single membrane:

• Heat-welded seams provide superior tensile and peel strength

• Heat-stabilized, weft-inserted polyester scrim reinforcement
provides excellent resistance to punctures and tears. |
| Standard reflective white color |
• Energy-efficient white membrane reflects significantly more solar
radiation than do typical black EPDM membranes, reducing heat load. Also
available in gray and tan. |
| FM/UL approvals |
• Competitive FM/UL roof system approvals are available for installation
over both noncombustible and combustible roof decks. |
| Single-source responsibility |
• All materials, including membrane, flashing, insulation, fasteners,
and accessories, are included in standard guarantee coverage, both NDL
