EverGuard® TPO
FB - 450 Ulltra
GAF EverGuard® FB-450 Ultra thermoplastic polyolefin
single-ply membrane systems have been engineered to provide premium performance
at a very cost-effective price. Strong, flexible, durable EverGuard FB-450
Ultra membrane is suitable for use in all types of single-ply systems:

• Fully Adhered
• Ballast Applied
Compared to typical single-ply EPDM, PVC and TPO membranes, GAF EverGuard
FB-450 Ultra roofing membrane provides the benefits of all three materials
in a single membrane:

Additional features and benefits of GAF EverGuard TSR-60 roofing
membrane include:

• No liquid plasticizers means no concerns about plasticizer
migration and related long-term sheet brittleness. |
| Super-wide 120" membrane sheets |
• Wider sheets allow faster roof system installation when compared
to both "tab-type" systems that provide a securement tab every 50" - 60",
and conventional systems with sheets that are only 70" - 80" wide. |
| Resistant to chemicals, oils and grease |
• Allows installation on industrial applications, restaurants,
etc. where chemical, oil and grease contamination would deteriorate typical
PVC and EPDM membranes.* |
| Heat-welded seams |
• Heat-welded seams provide superior tensile and peel strength as well
as superior long-term performance when compared to taped or glued EPDM
membrane seams. |
| Strong polyester scrim reinforcement |
• Heat-stabilized, weft inserted polyester scrim reinforcement
provides excellent resistance to punctures and tears. |
| Standard reflective white color |
• Energy-efficient white membrane reflects significantly more solar
radiation than do typical black EPDM membranes, reducing heat load. Also
available in gray and tan. |
| FM/UL approvals |
• Competitive FM/UL roof system approvals are available for installation
over both noncombustible and combustible roof decks. |
| Single-source responsibility |
• All materials, including membrane, flashing, insulation, fasteners,
and accessories are included in standard guarantee coverage, both NDL and
Dollar Per Square guarantees. |
