ULTRACLAD® SBS
Description
RUBEROID ULTRACLAD SBS membrane is a premium, fire retarding bitumen
membrane manufactured to stringent GAF Materials Corporation specifications.
ULTRACLAD SBS is manufactured using a high tensile woven fiberglass scrim
coated with an SBS modified asphalt, which provides excellent cold temperature
flexibility and elongation properties. The membrane is covered with a protective
foil facing with small built-in control channels.
Uses
RUBEROID ULTRACLAD SBS is designed for new roofing and reroofing applications
where long-term flashing, and roof system performance is specified. ULTRACLAD
SBS can be applied using ASTM Type IV asphalt (aluminum only) or heat welding
methods.
