Product Description, Application

Colorex is a 24" x 24" (61 cm x 61 cm) 0.080" (2.0 mm) thick ESD control homogeneous pressed vinyl tile designed for electrostatic conductive (EC) and/or static dissipative (SD) ESD control environments. Colorex offers great design flexibility, broad performance capabilities, uses no chemical anti-stats and keeps plasticizer content to a minimum.

Colorex is offered in 24 colors, the most extensive and modern color range available in the ESD industry.

Applications for Colorex include Printed Circuit production, Computer control rooms, process control and survey rooms, switchboard assembly, lithography and printing, michromechanics, Electronic manufacturing and almost all Clean Room environments.

• Electrical Resistance: Conforms to criteria as set forth in NFPA 99, ASTM 150, EOS/ESD S.7.1
• Static Propensity:
EL5000--less than 50 volts
AS2000--less than 100 volts

• Slip Resistance--Meets or exceeds Federal standards and ADA recommendations of 0.6 for flat surfaces
• Fire Resistance--Smoke developed ASTM E662/NFPA 258; 450 or less; Critical Radiant Flux, ASTM E648/NFPA 253; Class 1.
• Flexibility: Meets or exceeds Federal Specification SS-T-312B, Type III, Vinyl Tile
• Static Load Limit: ASTM F-970--1500 p.s.i.
