MATERIALS: UNA-CLAD® UC-500 Soffit System, 24 gauge Steel, Classic Copper
Both flush panel systems are roll formed to offer design flexibility for vertical
application as well as horizontal soffit applications. The UNA-CLAD® UC-500
and UC-501 panels are available in 22, 24, and 26 gauge painted steel, .032
and .040 painted or anodized aluminum, and 16 oz. and 20 oz. Architectural Grade
Sheet Copper. Stiffening ribs are available upon request.
Optional factory-applied sealant to ensure weatherability is also available.
Upon request, Firestone Metal Products provides venting of these panel profiles
for soffit applications on all materials. Heavier gauges, narrower widths, and
embossing minimize oil canning.
Note: Oil canning is not a cause for rejection.
