New Easy Life Panels Meet Class A Ratings and Are Mold & Mildew Resistant:

Extrutech Plastics was founded in 1992 with the goal of producing high quality plastic extrusions for the construction industry and various other markets. The company is located in Manitowoc, Wisconsin; We are about 100 miles north of Milwaukee and 40 miles south of Green Bay.

Extrutech’s product line also includes many different styles and colors of extruded panels and matching trims, some of which are pictured in the accompanying page. These panel products are custom manufactured to the desired length, up to 20’, and color necessary for the individual project. This reduces both the waste factor and the amount of time it takes to install the product, which increases the dealer’s margins and makes for a happier consumer.

Our family of panels; from the 4” P-1000 to the 24” P-2400, feature a tongue and groove design with a hidden nailing fin which makes for a very desirable, clean finished look. No exposed fasteners, anywhere in the room! These panels are easy to install using basic carpentry tools. The Extrutech wall and ceiling panels are both mold and mildew resistant and meet ASTM D3273 and D3274. They also meet ASTM E-84-05 Class A for low smoke and flame spread in the United States. In Canada our panels meet the CAN/ULC S102.2-03 requirements for low smoke and flame spread. The panels very durable are made of high quality polymers that are waterproof and will never rot or decay due to moisture. Just wipe off the panels with a damp cloth and mild soap to clean. Scratches will not show because the color is built-in, throughout the product.
