INTRODUCTION
Founded in 1966, Englert, Inc. has pioneered the roofing products industry for over a quarter of a century. In 1987, Englert expanded its operations in response to the growing demands for high quality metal roofing. Supported by a multi-million dollar investment, Englert installed a highly advanced 48" wide continuous coil coating line. Today, Englert is meeting a broad range of applications for metal roofing, mansards, roof equipment screens, fascia, soffits, and siding.

Whether you need panels for a small mansard of 2,000 square feet or a large roofing project with 200,000 square feet, Englert is ready to serve. For quality coatings, choose from 23 Kynar 500®/Hylar 5000® 30-year finishes in two distinct coatings and a wide selection of standard colors. Unlimited custom colors/coatings are available in steel or aluminum.

ON-SITE ROLLFORMING
Series 1000, 2000, 2100, 2500, and other Englert roofing systems are available through a qualified dealer network. Using trailer mounted rollforming equipment, Englert dealers can rollform and deliver panels from their shop or right on the job site. If you prefer, Englert can also rollform and deliver panels from any one of its branch locations nearest you.

On-site rollforming eliminates dimensional errors, shipping damage, short shipments, and scrap losses – saves on packaging and freight costs – allows rollforming continuous panels from ridge to eave without end laps or splicing, ensuring greater watertightness. It also allows for panel width adjustment to treat end conditions or to meet your project specifications.

ARCHITECTURAL & ENGINEERING SUPPORT
Englert offers design and engineering support to architects and design professionals. Our sales and marketing professionals will be happy to make engineering recommendations on any Englert roofing system as it relates to your specific project application. All Englert roofing systems are ideal for new construction or retrofits – commercial, industrial, or residential. Several of Englert’s roofing systems are engineered and tested for UL uplift, air and water penetration, and E-330 air bag testing. COIL COATING
Englert’s state-of-the-art paint line is among the most advanced coil coating lines in the U.S. The coating process is comprised of four steps: the base metal is cleaned in an alkaline bath – rinsed – chemically pretreated – and finally coated and dried in-place. Englert is a licensed applicator of coatings by Lilley, PPG, AKZO, Morton, and Valspar.

- Line speed, depending on gauge of metal and substrate: 150' - 175'/minute.

SUBSTRATES
- Aluminum: .015" to .050" thick.
- Steel, G-90: 29 ga. to 22 ga.
- Galvalume and Aluminized Steel: 29 ga. to 22 ga.

SHEETING AND MINICOILS
Englert’s sheeting capability extends to 48" wide coils up to 10' lengths or custom lengths to suit specific requirements.

Englert also provides high speed, automated, custom width coiling capabilities – taking 48" wide master coils weighing 15,000 lbs., in steel or aluminum, and slitting them into small coils as small as 1/2" wide. Small coils and narrow widths are Englert’s specialty.
