PRODUCT PRESENTATION:
Elite manufactures ZipTrack™ Aluminum Cantilever Gates. The cantilever
gates are offered in a variety of styles and colors to complement your ornamental
aluminum fence. The ZipTrack Aluminum Cantilever Gate is also available in frame
only so you can add your own chainlink or wood for maximum security.
SPECIFICATIONS:
The frames and tracks are fabricated from extrusions (6061-T6). The upper
track weighs 5.816# per foot and lower 3.322# per foot. The upper and
lower frames shall be welded and/or bolted to 2" x 2" tubes at 1.12#
per foot vertical framing. Each section for the tail shall be x-braced
with two (2) 1" x 2" tubes at .824# per foot. Each front section
shall have one (1) 1" x 2" tube at .824# per foot diagonal brace.
Gates made for chainlink may be shipped with the wire in place or the wire can
be installed at the job site. The fabric shall be held in place by tension
bars, tension bands and bolts. Barbwire shall be held in place by brace
bands and bolts.
TRUCK ASSEMBLIES:
Two (2) swivel type assemblies are made of galvanized steel. Each having
two (2) axles press fitted to the main body. The axles are then press
fitted with four (4) permanently lubricated sealed ball bearing wheels mounted
vertically for rolling the gate. Two (2) top mounted horizontal rolling
wheels are used for alignment.
LOWER GUIDES:
Two permanently lubricated sealed ball bearing wheels are mounted to the gate
post and should be vertically centered in the lower track. All brackets
and gate latches shall be galvanized after fabrication. The enclosed lower
guide assembly offers greater safety utilizing guarded pinch points. ZipTrack™
Aluminum Cantilever Gates and Truck Assembly are covered under a Five Year Limited
Warranty.
SPECIFICATIONS

SLIDE GATE
As manufactured by Elite Fence Products shall conform to the following specifications:
FS RR-191/2D Type III & IV and ASTM F 1184-88.
FULLY FABRICATED GATE
The gate shall be fabricated in Elite's Plant. The frames and tracks are fabricated

MODULAR GATE
The gate shall be fabricated in modular sections. The modular sections shall
slide into the upper and lower tracks. The modular frames are fabricated from
aluminum extrusions (6061-T6). The upper and lower C-Channels weigh.595# per
foot, each. The end post of the module is 1" x 2" tube at .824# per
foot or 2" x 2" tube at 1.12# per foot. The upper track weighs 5.816#
per foot and the lower 3.322# per foot.
Each modular section for the tail shall be x-braced with two (2) 1" x
2" tubes at .824# per foot. Each front section shall have one (1) diagonal
1" x 2" tube brace.
The modular sections may be shipped with the wire in place or the wire can
be installed after the modular sections have been installed into the upper and
lower tracks making one unit. The modular sections shall be held in place by
bolting. All holes for assembly will be predrilled.
The fabric shall be held in place by tension bars, tension bands and bolts.
Barbwire shall be held in place by tension bands and bolts.
ORNAMENTAL PICKET TYPE GATES
Not available in modular sections.
The upper & lower tracks will have holes punched to accepted 1" square
x .062 picket, the pickets shall be attached by using stainless steel screws.
KNOCKED-DOWN GATE
A knocked-down gate can be supplied ready-to-assemble. All hardware is furnished
and all necessary holes are pre-drilled.
TRUCK ASSEMBLY
Two (2) swivel type assemblies are made of galvanized steel. Each having two
(2) axles press fitted to the main body. The axles are then press fitted with
four (4) permanently lubricated sealed ball bearing wheels mounted vertically
for rolling the gate. Two (2) top mounted horizontal rolling wheels are used
for alignment.

post and should be vertically centered in the lower track.
