DKS 6000 series swing gate operator systems are designed for residential, commercial and industrial applications. These operators feature a high reliability, low maintenance design and offer pleasing aesthetics. All DKS swing gate operators are designed to meet or exceed the requirements in the U.L. 325 Safety Standard and feature a two-stage (electronic and mechanical) inherent obstruction sensing system helping to provide the safest operating environment possible.
All DKS 6000 series operators are designed to work either as a single unit, or in pairs allowing for the operation of bi-parting gates. These operators use magnetic limit switches which greatly simplify adjustment and will never wear-out or break. The microprocessor based control board (engineered and manufactured by DoorKing in Inglewood, CA.) provides innovative and outstanding features typically not found in operators in this class. Our unique Gate Tracker™ reporting function sends important gate operator data to a companion DKS 1830 Series access control system and "plug-in" vehicular loop detectors greatly simplify wiring and installation requirements.
Residential applications only for gates up to 14' wide and weighing a maximum of 500 lb. The 6002 mounts directly on the gate and gate column and is ideal for applications with minimal side room. This operator uses magnetic limit switches that are easily adjustable. The 6002 is powered by 115 VAC, but operates on 24 VDC power. The control panel includes batteries and a battery charger, allowing the system to remain operational if AC power is lost.
Residential applications only for gates up to 10' wide and weighing a maximum of 300 lb. The 6003 mounts directly on the gate and gate column and is ideal for applications with minimal side room. This operator uses magnetic limit switches that are easily adjustable. The 6003 is powered by 115 VAC, but operates on 24 VDC power. The control panel includes batteries and a battery charger, allowing the system to remain operational if AC power is lost.
Residential applications only for gates up to 8' wide and weighing a maximum of 300 lb. The 6004 mounts directly on the gate column with a two-piece gate arm attached to the gate. This operator uses magnetic limit switches that are easily adjustable. The 6004 is powered by 115 VAC, but operates on 24 VDC power. The control panel includes batteries and a battery charger, allowing the system to remain operational if AC power is lost.
Residential applications only for gates up to 8' wide and weighing a maximum of 300 lb. The 6400 mounts in-ground directly under the gate providing a near invisible gate operator. This operator uses magnetic limit switches that are easily adjustable. The 6400 is powered by 115 VAC, but operates on 24 VDC power. The control panel includes batteries and a battery charger, allowing the system to remain operational if AC power is lost.
Residential applications only for gates up to 10' wide and weighing a maximum of 400 lb. Primary reduction is provided by a V-belt / worm gear reduction system offering long lasting quiet operation. Gate travel is measured by our unique magnetic counter system and is fully automatic, eliminating the need for limit switches or mechanical settings. The 6050 can be pad or post mounted and uses a two-piece articulating gate arm for smooth gate operation. The gate arm rotates from beneath the operator and attaches to the bottom rail of the gate making it near invisible from the outside. The 6050uses a 1/2 HP motor and is available is 115 VAC power only.
Residential and commercial applications only for gates up to 14' wide and weighing a maximum of 500 lb. Primary reduction is provided by a V-belt / worm gear reduction system offering long lasting quiet operation. Gate travel is measured by our unique magnetic counter system and is fully automatic, eliminating the need for limit switches or mechanical settings. The 6100 can be pad or post mounted and uses a two-piece articulating gate arm for smooth gate operation. The gate arm rotates from beneath the operator and attaches to the bottom rail of the gate making it near invisible from the outside. The 6100 uses a 1/2 HP motor and is available is 115 VAC power only. An optional convenience open package is available that will power the gate to the open position if AC power fails.
Residential, commercial and industrial applications for gates up to 22' wide and weighing a maximum of 800 lb. Primary reduction is provided by a V-belt / worm gear reduction system offering long lasting quiet operation. Gate travel is measured by our unique magnetic counter system and is fully automatic, eliminating the need for limit switches or mechanical settings. The 6300 can be pad or post mounted and uses a two-piece articulating gate arm for smooth gate operation. The gate arm rotates from beneath the operator and attaches to the bottom rail of the gate making it near invisible from the outside. The 6300 is available with a 1/2 HP motor for gates up to 700 lb. and a 1 HP motor for gates up to 800 lb. The 6300 can be configured to operate with the following available power sources: 115, 230 or 460 VAC. An optional convenience open package is available that will power the gate to the open position if AC power fails.
Residential, commercial and industrial applications for gates up to 22' wide and weighing a maximum of 800 lb. Primary reduction is provided by a V-belt / worm gear reduction system running in a continuous oil bath that provides long lasting quiet operation. This operator uses magnetic limit switches that are easily adjustable. The 6500 is pad mounted and uses a two-piece articulating gate arm for smooth gate operation. The 6500 is available with a 1/2 HP motor for gates up to 700 lb. and a 1 HP motor for gates up to 800 lb. The 6500 can be configured to operate with the following available power sources: 115, 208, 230 or 460 VAC. An optional convenience open package is available that will power the gate to the open position if AC power fails.
