Flush Panel FP10 Structural Metal Wall and Soffit PanelPRODUCT: FLUSH-PANEL FP10 is a light structural panel system that provides a flush, aesthetic appearance upon installation. The product is an integral interlocking system by design meaning the panels install in one direction from a given starting point.
PRODUCT USES AND APPLICATIONS: Product uses include vertical walls and fascia bands, equipment screens, and soffit. CONSTRUCTION ASSEMBLIES: FFLUSH-PANEL FP10 may be applied over various supports including: light gauge framing, hat channels, wood stringers (each of which are to be spaced no more than 24" o.c.), or over a solid substrate. Custom panel widths are available. Consult DMI for costs and lead times. NOTE: DMI recommends a maximum panel length of 20’-0”. Minimum panel length is 2’-6”. 22 Ga. Steel and .040 aluminum are not stocked in all colors. Minimum order quantities and extended lead times may accompany panel orders when utilizing these substrates Oil-canning, the slight waviness inherent with light gauge metal, does not affect the finish or structural integrity of the panel and is therefore not cause for rejection.
