DynaClad® Premium Roof Underlayment

Premium Roofing Underlayment Polypropylene two-side coated fabric designed for roof underlayment. Containing a patent pending antiskid coating.

1. Weather Protection: DynaClad® Underlayment protects your roof from harmful UV rays and inclement weather conditions. It is non-absorbent so it prevents buckling and wrinkling unlike 30# felt. It can be exposed up to six months which makes it great for new construction or remodeling.
2. Strong and Flexible: It is 20 times stronger than felt which allows you to use fewer fasteners and less potential for tears, punctures, or blow offs. It also is more flexible which makes it easier to conform to corners, valleys and ridges.
3. Lighter: 50 Squares of DynaClad® Underlayment weighs only 150 lbs. whereas the same amount of 30# felt weighs over 1300 lbs. making it easier to deliver and install.
4. Slip Resistant: DynaClad® Underlayment is coated on both sides with a special slip resistant coating. The top side contains a rubber-modified polylefin coating.
5. Easier and More Versatile Installation: Keeps buildings cooler during warm days. During the cool days it will roll out and fasten without cracking. It also absorbs sunlight during those cold days to reduce frost and since it is nonabsorbent it will not rot, dry-out, or promote the growth of mold. It saves money on re-roofing by not adhering to the underside of exposed roof covering and is non-corrosive to metal roofing. It is also 100% recyclable.
