Cubic Mezzanines are custom mezzanine systems that are installed inside manufacturing
and processing plants, retail stores, office buildings, industrial plants,
warehouses, distribution centers, institutions, universities, government facilities
and more. A Cubic Mezzanine adds a second or third level inside a facility
and thereby doubles or triples the existing area. Typically, these mezzanines
create new production, office, storage or assembly space, locker rooms, parts
departments, stockrooms, cafeterias, company records storage and work platforms.
A Cubic Mezzanine can be designed to fit around existing plant equipment,
building columns and other obstructions. Single or multi-level mezzanines are
available to meet the exact area, height, color and load requirements of the
specific application. Cubic Mezzanines often incorporate conveyors, vertical
lifts, rack, in-plant offices, shelving systems, programmable conveyor lifts,
bar code scanners, horizontal carousels - whatever you need - to help maximize
plant cube as well as improve product flow.
Cubic Designs offers a range of proven mezzanine designs - from its wide span
bar joist system to the Cubic high strength moment connection system which
is specifically designed for Seismic Zone 3 and Zone 4. The final design choice
is based on application requirements. All Cubic Mezzanines meet IBC, UBC & BOCA
codes, AISC & ASTM standards and OSHA requirements.
Cubic Mezzanines are custom designed with CAD technology and backed by a Lifetime
Structural Warranty. All mezzanine drawings and calculations are stamped by
an on-staff, licensed professional engineer to assure the customer of total
safety and structural integrity. All details are covered - from determining
application needs and on-site measurements to complete mezzanine design, fabrication
and installation.
