ROLLING SERVICE DOORS Model ESD10
Overhead type roll up doors provide security against entry, damage and weather for exterior and interior openings in industrial, commercial, institutional and retail buildings.

Applications: Loading dock / freight doors, large vehicle doors, warehouse doors, power plants, water treatment facilities, distribution centers.

Sizes: 30' wide, 30' high standard construction. Large Openings to 50' wide, 40' high: consult factory.

Curtain Material and Finish options:
  • Galvanized steel, with exclusive GalvaNex finish in light gray.
  • Galvanized steel, phosphate treated for superior paint adhesion.
  • GalvaNex with optional SpectraShield® powder coating*.
  • 300 Series stainless steel in #4 finish.
  • Aluminum in mill finish, clear and color anodized.

Operation: Motor operation for larger doors for easy operation, convenience and personnel safety. Chain operation for larger doors for economy purposes and when doors will be used infrequently. Hand Crank operation as an alternate means of operation on smaller doors. Push-up operation for openings up to 12'W x7'H.

Locking: Padlockable slide bolts on coil or fascia side or masterkeyable cylinder lock on coil side, fascia side or both sides.

Specified Wind Load: Cornell can design doors to meet your specific PSF wind load requirements. Cornell higher specified wind load designs have been performance validated through third party testing to one or more of the following performance criteria: ANSI/DASMA-108, ASTM E 330, Miami-Dade County test protocols TAS 201, TAS 202 and TAS 203, Florida Building Code (FBC), ICC-ES Legacy Report 2236 and Texas Department of Insurance (TDI).

Visibility: Acrylic windows may be incorporated in service doors with placement, number, and configuration to be set by specifier.

Special Service Door Construction Applications: High cycle construction for doors expected to operate more than 20 cycles per day. Other applications include Craneway Doors for T-shaped openings, Pass Doors with hinged frames built in to the rolling door curtain. Special Bottom Bars for sloping or irregular sill conditions. Consult with factory for details.

Service Door Options:
ScreenGard Perforated Slat Doors: Achieve visibility and ventilation while maintaining security and insect control. Perforated 20 gauge GalvaNex slats provide approximately 22% open space.

Graphics Door: Durable, full color images applied to rolling door and counter door curtains and hoods. Utilize any of these surfaces as an opportunity to advertise, create sponsorship opportunities, educate, inform or add aesthetic interest.

WeatherGard Weather Seal System: Weather seals at the guides and bottom bar with an internal hood baffle at coil housing minimizes door perimeter air flow. Optional nylon brush seal also available.

Matadoor® Breakaway Curtain Bottom Section: A safety orange colored breakaway curtain bottom section that controls curtain damage and opening downtime caused by accidental forklift collisions.

*SpectraShield® Powder Coat Finish, an environmentally friendly finish that outperforms field applied liquid paints in UV stability and corrosion, chemical and abrasion resistance, with 32 running line colors and over 200 colors available.
