Operation: Motor operation for larger doors for easy operation, convenience and personnel safety. Chain operation for larger doors for economy purposes and when doors will be used infrequently. Hand Crank operation as an alternate means of operation on smaller doors. Push-up operation for openings up to 12'W ×7'H.
Locking: Padlockable slide bolts on coil or fascia side or masterkeyable cylinder lock on coil side, fascia side or both sides.
Specified Wind Load: Cornell service doors can be configured to withstand the full range of specific wind load requirements including missile impact ratings. Contact Cornell for details.
Seismic Performance Validation: Cornell can provide project specific seismic calculations for all service doors that are mounted Face of Wall or Between Jambs to steel or masonry. Seismic performance validation is per ASCE 7-05.

Visibility: Acrylic windows may be incorporated in service doors with placement, number, and configuration to be set by specifier.
Special Service Door Construction Applications: High cycle construction for doors expected to operate more than 20 cycles per day. Other additional custom door solutions available: consult Cornell.
ScreenGard™ Perforated Slat Doors: Achieve visibility and ventilation while maintaining security and insect control. Perforated 20 gauge GalvaNex™ slats provide approximately 22% open space.
Graphics Door: Durable, full color images applied to rolling door and counter door curtains and hoods. Utilize any of these surfaces as an opportunity to advertise, create sponsorship opportunities, educate, inform or add aesthetic interest.
WeatherGard™ Weather Seal System: Weather seals at the guides and bottom bar with an internal hood baffle at coil housing minimizes door perimeter air flow. Optional nylon brush seal also available.
RapidResponse™ Quick Fix Doors: When impacted, extra 3' or 6' curtain slats at the bottom of the curtain can be quickly removed and impactable bottom bar reset so the door can be returned to normal operation during the initial service call.
