Rolling counter doors provide security at counters and other similar finished openings on both interior & exterior walls. When their smaller slats, coil housing and guides are desired, counter doors can fully close to the floor. Also called shutters.
Applications: Concession stands or service windows in cafeterias, stadiums, arenas, hospitals, schools and healthcare facilities.
Sizes: To 21' 4" W, 10' H standard construction.
Operation: Motor operation for maximum convenience. Hand Crank operation also available. Push-up operation for openings up to 15' H x 7' W aluminum, 12'W x 7' H steel. Access to bottom bar and curtain must also be taken into account: deep countertops or other obstructions may limit access for manual push-up operation.
Curtain Materials and Finishes:
- Aluminum, clear and color anodized.
- Galvanized steel with exclusive GalvaNex™ finish in light gray, standard.
- GalvaNex™ with SpectraShield® powder coat finish* optional.
- 300 series stainless steel with #4 finish.
Countertops: Available in stainless steel or plastic laminate in a range of standard colors.
ScreenGard™ Perforated Slat Doors:Achieve visibility and ventilation while maintaining security and insect control. Perforated 22 gauge GalvaNex™ slats provide approximately 22% open space.
Graphics Door: Durable, full color images applied to rolling door and counter door curtains and hoods. Utilize any of these surfaces as an opportunity to advertise, create sponsorship opportunities, educate, inform or add aesthetic interest.
Integral Frames and Countertops Model ESC20: fully factory welded and assembled frame assemblies available for a seamless, custom built-in look. Between jambs and face-of-wall units may wrap around wall if installation is done while the wall is under construction. Slip-in units may be set into finished walls.
*SpectraShield® Powder Coat Finish, an environmentally friendly finish that outperforms field applied liquid paints in UV stability and corrosion, chemical and abrasion resistance, with 32 running line colors and over 200 colors available.
