Custom fabrication capabilities allow modifications to standard items as

Product Description:
STEPLITES provide illumination to walkways, stairs, ramps, and other
locations where lighting is needed for safety and esthetic purposes. They
are available with an extra-ordinary choice of shapes, lamp choices and
faceplate designs. Cole offers specialized STEPLITES for almost any interior
or exterior application. Most models have exceptional durability provided
by a heavy cast aluminum faceplate and tempered glass diffuser. Photometric
data is available for most models for accurate placement of fixtures. With
Cole’s custom capabilities, any of the STEPLITES models may be used as
the starting point for a custom design.
Features:
• Surface or recessed models.
• Incandescent, fluorescent, and HID light sources.
• Louvered faceplates for wide light distribution and robust protection
from abuse, while shielding brightness when viewed directly.
• Tempered glass diffuser faceplates for maximum light output.
• Color choices on painted faceplates and, on some models, bronze or
stainless steel construction.
• Two-way feed-thru junction box, field changeable for either back
or bottom mounting.
Construction:
Most fixtures feature heavy steel housings with polyester powder coatings
and cast aluminum faceplates. Certain models offer alternate construction
materials and finishes. Consult with a Cole representative for models with
features required for your specific application.
Standard Products Illustrated:
1. F2636-2-ST/ST FannyPack XL provides both walkway illumination
and upward wallwashing. The surface fixture complies with ADA requirements.
2. HMH3350E completely shields the lens from visibility while
providing strong localized illumination to the walkway.
3. T158W is a brick-sized fixture which is nearly flush in the
wall. The louvers shield brightness and provide protection.
4. T181V-50 offers halogen performance with maximum spread of
illumination. The decorative stainless steel faceplate and guard provide
style and durability.
Custom Product Description:
Custom lighting is developed to meet unique decorative or functional
requirements which cannot be fulfilled by standard products. It can range
from altering finishes on our stock fixtures to dramatic decorative pieces
produced to your design specification. Often custom fixtures are simply
standard fixtures modified to suit special interior or exterior conditions.
