Chase SC 3000 Traffic Door

Medium Duty Solid Wood Core Impact Traffic Door

The warmth of wood. The upscale class of marble and brass. Light blending beige. Cool aluminum and sleek stainless steel. Basic blacks and whites. Chase 3000 Series Solid Core Doors allow you to create your own personalized look with virtually unlimited selection of high pressure laminates, stainless steel, and .032 thick aluminum. These doors provide durability with aesthetic appeal. Café style door with gate hinge also available.

Door Panel – The doors are constructed with a ¾” 7-ply plywood for structural integrity. Standard 18 gauge stainless steel edge capping presents a clean, finished appearance and extra edge protection. Optional perimeter gasketing provides a positive seal for thermal and visual separation.

Impact Plates – Stainless steel impact plates, standard on the 3002 model, are screwed to both sides of the door’s surface.

Hinge – Proven hinge system mounts to the jamb with offset cam system and hardened rollers, for years of service with minimal maintenance.

Window & Frames – Each window is ¼” polycarbonate with either a vacuum formed frame or gasket. All windows are factory installed. 9” x 14” is standard, additional sizes are available.

Options – Windows, bumpers, hinge guard, impact plate, cart guards/rub rails and security lock.
