The Durulite® CR1400 door is designed for use in heavy duty applications
that require corrosion resistance and durability in a door system. Constructed
from rotationally molded cross-linked polyethylene, the door panel is impervious
to acids, petroleum products, animal fats and cleaning solvents.
The unique construction technique of the CR1400 Door makes this product ideal
for washdown applications. Seamless panel construction is a “Chase Exclusive” and
makes this product superior to competitive “laid up” doors that
have seams, edge caps and glued on skins that can fail.
CR1400 doors can be used as an alternative to stainless steel, fiberglass,
composite or hollow metal doors. CR1400 doors are virtually maintenance free,
and are designed for use in food processing facilities, pharmaceutical manufacturing,
chemical plants, and applications where standard door systems fail.
Door Panel – Constructed with a 1/8” thick
outer skin of cross-linked polyethylene and an ultra high density non-cfc
urethane foamed-in-place core. The panel can retain its properties to -32oF.
/ +120oF continuous service and 150oF intermittent service. The door panel
has an overall thickness of 1-3/4”,
yet weighs only 3.66 pounds per square foot. The sanitary surface never needs
painting and cleans easily with soap and water.
Gasketing – All doors comes standard with a replaceable bottom sweep,
and are available with a drop down seal. Full perimeter gasketing is available.
Insulation – The CR1400 has excellent insulation qualities with a foamed-in-place
urethane core.

steel or two piece injected molded, low profile PVC frames. The stainless steel

with a replaceable bottom wiper seal.

locations can be set to custom locations or to match any manufacturers locations.
