Wall Base Condition (Base Angle)
A Base Angle can be furnished as an option at walls where panels extend
to the floor. This member is attached to the concrete slab with power
driven fasteners, which are not supplied by Ceco. The Base Angle
is prime painted (red oxide color).
For this base condition, Ceco’s standards require a panel notch in the
concrete foundation to support wall panels and to close off open ribs at
their base. If used without a panel notch, additional base flashing
must be specified to close off bottom end of wall panels.
