Trim-Eave/Rake
TRIM DESCRIPTION
Ceco Building include all trim required to seal against the weather
and/or as necessary to provide a finished appearance. Standard items
furnished are base angle/trim, eave trim, rake trim, corner trim, trim
for jambs/headers of framed openings, and trim as required for other accessories
and/or special conditions. Eave gutters and downspouts are optional.
Trim is either roll-formed or formed on a press brake from 26 gauge,
50,000 psi yield strength, color coated GALVALUME or galvanized steel sheet
material same as Ceco wall panels. Except for base angle/trim, eave
gutters, and rake trim, all trim will be furnished in color to match wall
panels or in contrasting color if specified.
Eave gutters and rake trim are available in 20’ lengths, in roll formed
“Glacier White” or “Burnished Slate”. Other standard colors are available
in 12’ press broken lengths if specified.
Base angle/trim is available in “Burnish Slate” color only, and material
for these items are 18 gauge, 36,000 psi yield strength, color coated galvanized
steel.
Face profile for trim flashing (particularly gutters, eave and rake)
may differ from profiles shown on the following pages F2.2 and F2.3.
Consult your regional Ceco office for profiles and dimensions of standard
trim furnished by that plant.
