Ceco Standing Seam Roof Systems
A. CLP (Cecolok® Standing Seam Panel) is roll-formed
30 inches wide with three major configurations spaced 15 inches on center.
Edge corrugation is one half of a major rib and is 2 inches high (2-7/8
inches including standing leg). The middle corrugation on the panel is
a full major rib, 2 inches high. All major ribs taper in width from 1-3/4
inches at top to 5 inches at base. Three longitudinal, "pencil" ribs are
provided in each flat area of the panel.
Interlocking standing legs at side laps are field seamed together into
a 360° Pittsburgh Double Lock Seam by use of an electric seaming tool.
Factory applied sealant is provided in the overlapping standing leg to
assure weathertightness of the seamed joint. Concealed clips, which are
seamed into the panel side lap, fasten panels to structural members. Panels
are factory pre-notched for correct makeup at end laps.
Panel finish may be specified as GALVALUME® or selected Ceco paint
colors.
CLP has achieved UL 90 Listing.
A (1). "Z" purlin or bar joist (bar joist shown with optional
thermal block)
B. CXP (Standing Seam Roof Panel) is roll-formed 24 inches wide.
Each edge corrugation shall be one half of a major rib and has a standing
leg on top of the half rib that interlocks with the adjacent panel. Edge
corrugation is 2 inches high (2-7/8 inches including the standing leg).
All major ribs taper in from 1 inch at top to 4-1/4 inches at base.
Interlocking standing legs at side laps are field seamed together into
a 360° Pittsburgh Double Lock Seam by use of an electric seaming tool.
Factory applied sealant is provided in the overlapping standing seam leg
to assure weathertightness of the seamed joint. Concealed clips, which
are seamed into the panel side lap, are furnished by Ceco to fasten panels
to structural members. Panels are factory pre-notched for correct makeup
at end laps.
Each panel provides 24 inches of coverage. Panel finish is either Acrylic
Coated GALVALUME® or selected Ceco paint colors.
CXP has achieved UL 90 listing, has passed the American Society of
Testing and Materials (ASTM) E1592 and has been approved by Factory Mutual
as a Class 1 panel roof.
B (1). "Z" purlin or bar joist ("Z" purlin shown with optional
thermal block)
C. CRP16 (Ceco Straight Rib Architectural Roof Panel) is roll-formed
16 inches wide with a 2-inch deep straight rib at each edge. One edge rib
has a "male" flange at its top, and the other edge rib has a "female"
flange. This design allows a friction interlock of "male/female" ribs on
adjacent panels.
Interlocking straight ribs at side laps are field crimped together by
the use of an electric seaming tool. Factory applied sealant is provided
in the overlapping "female" flange to assure weathertightness of the continuously
crimped joint. Concealed clips, which are crimped into the panel side laps,
are furnished by Ceco to fasten panels to structural members.
Surface texture of panel may be specified as smooth or embossed. Finish
may be specified as GALVALUME® or an extended life color coating (KYNAR/TRINAR)
from selected Ceco Premium Paint Colors.
CRP16 has achieved UL 90 listing and has passed the American Society
of Testing and Materials (ASTM) E1592 test.
