Terreon Lav Decks
Terreon Lav Decks are solid surface countertops with integral bowls that come in a variety of styles to meet almost any restroom configuration. Lav Decks feature an elegant look with the long lasting performance and durability of Terreon. Lav Decks offer quality, style, and longevity that can't be found with traditional laminate countertops and drop in bowls. Easily meet ADA and ANSI by specifying a Bradley Terreon Lav Deck. Faucets, side aprons, side splashes, backsplashes and deck mounted soap dispensers are just a few of the options that are offered for the Lav Deck product line. Bradley offers several styles of Lav Decks to accommodate any application or style. All decks are molded and/or pre-fabricated at the factory, eliminating the need for separate on-site fabricators. Install with wall cleating, in-wall carriers or mounting brackets.

3010 Series – The 3010 Series is the most flexible series available. 310 Lav Decks can be custom-made to fit any application, as well as allow the specifier to choose bowl placements. Bowls are optional, allowing the Lav Deck to fit any countertop application or shelf, not just restrooms.

Specifications:

Terreon Lav Deck Model 3010 Series accommodates multiple users. The Lav Deck features a solid surface counter top with integral 13" x 16" oval bowl. The Terreon® Lav Deck comes equipped with faucets or drilled for either 4" centerset, 8" centerset or centershank faucet mounting, or equipped with optional faucets. Optional deck mounted soap dispensers available.

Construction

Counter Top/Bowl
Constructed of Terreon®, a NAHB Certified densified solid surface material composed of polyester resin. Terreon® is resistant to chemicals, stains, burns and impact. Surface damage can easily be repaired with everyday cleansers or fine grit abrasives.

Mounting Options
The Terreon® Lav Decks are designed for a variety of mounting options including concealed arm carriers (supplied by others), stainless steel mounting brackets or traditional wall cleating. These types of mounting eliminate the need for casework options beneath the deck.

Barrier-Free (ADA Compliant)

Standard Height Mounting
Standard Terreon® Lav Decks mounted at standard height are designed to comply with all ADA guidelines on reaches and clearances. To comply with ADA, the rim height of the 3010 Lav Deck must be 34" above the finished floor. To be completely ADA compliant, the Terreon® Lav Deck must be equipped with ADA compliant faucets and trap cover. Always review local codes for compliance.

Juvenile Height Mounting
The Standard 3010 Lav Deck mounted with counter surface no higher than 31" is compliant with ADA Accessibility Guidelines for Buildings and Facilities: Buildings Elements Designed for Children’s Use; Final Rule. Always review local codes for compliance.

Sample Specification

The multiple integral solid surface counter top and bowl shall be Bradley Terreon® Lav Deck Model No. 3010-2 (other units available). The integral top and bowl shall provide two hand washing stations. Each hand washing station mounted at standard height shall comply with ANSI and ADA accessibility standards.

• Deck and bowl material for each station shall be constructed of NAHB certified Terreon®, complying with ANSI Z124.3 and ANSI Z124.6.
• Deck Color: Empire Gray
• Bowl Color: Designer White (other optional colors available)
