Description: Beacon traffic dock light provides additional loading dock safety by enabling increased direct communication between dock attendants and truck drivers. Traffic dock light helps prevent unscheduled truck departure and trailer entry by signaling red and green to the truck driver and forklift driver.
Construction: The TDL-1100 standard series traffic dock light features steel construction. The TDL-1100-MP series features polypropylene casing.
Operation: Traffic dock lights are controlled at the loading dock. These automatic systems are automated by an optional overhead door limit switch control, magnetic switch or photo eye.

Standard: TDL-1100 traffic dock lights 115 V single phase are stepped down with a 10 V step-down transformer. The TDL-1100 includes a solid-state flasher.
Options: Traffic dock signal lighting can be automatic. Automatic change switches provide increased productivity by changing automatically at truck arrival and departure.

BMVR Series Manual Trailer Restraint

Description: The Beacon manual truck and trailer restraints help to prevent unscheduled truck departures and trailer creep by locking the trailer ICC bar to the dock. The trailer restraints help keep loading docks safe by reducing the chance for accidents, such as those sometimes caused by roll-away trucks.
Usage: It is the customer’s responsibility to verify correctness of fit for applications. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that this unit complies with all safety laws, codes and regulations.
Size: The trailer restraints and dock restraints both have some of the smallest body profiles in the industry, making equipment damage less inherent.
Capacities: The dock trailer restraints have 50,000 lbs. draw pull capacity.
Electrical: 115 Vac, 1 Phase, 60 Hz is standard.
Standard: The dock restraint is operated with a push rod. The trailer restraints and dock restraints both have all-weather frames. Driver warning signs are standard with all models.
Options: The trailer restraints and dock restraints have manual or automatic traffic signal dock lights.
Installation: Beacon trailer restraints and vehicle restraints are installed on the front face dock wall. There is no concrete or pit work required. Expansion head bolts are required for fast installation. Four-inch-thick dock bumpers are required.

Description: Beacon electric automatic dock truck restraints help to prevent trucks from prematurely pulling away from docks. The dock truck restraints reduce the chance for accidents. The dock truck restraints help to reduce the chance of load shifting and trailer creep.
Operation: Electric automatic dock truck restraints are operated by push-button control.

Size: The truck restraints have a 10" lowered height and a 30" raised height, allowing a wide-range trailer service.
Electrical: 115 Vac, 1 Phase, 60 Hz is standard.
Standard: All-weather body frame and cover as well as outside traffic dock lights and driver warning signs are standard.
Installation: The dock truck restraints are installed in front of the dock wall. No concrete or pit work are required. Four-inch-thick dock bumpers are required.

BDJG-100 Series Dock Barricades. Product: Dock Barricades

Description: Beacon loading dock barricades assist as a visual aid in dock-area safety by helping to prevent forklifts from being accidentally driven off the dock edge. The unit is installed quickly by anchoring it to the floor. The electric unit is sumply pluged into the building electrical outlet. Construction: The BDJG-100 can be changed to a left hand operated unit by unbolting the junction box and re-routing the wires to the other side and re-bolting the junction box. Operation: The electric dock barricade operates with push button control. The mechanical dock barricade operates as a manual winch model requiring 15 to 20 cranks to raise or lower. The rotation crank of the manual unit works efficiently for the dock worker. Usage: It is the customer’s responsibility to verify correctness of fit for applications. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that this unit complies with all safety laws, codes and regulations. Size: The electric dock barricade has a 150" overhead clearance, a 28-1/2" arm height lowered and a 132" overall width.
