The CS-Series System is an expansion joint product designed for parking garage structures. The CS-Series model is best suited for installation on exposed top slab decks and intermediate slabs of multi-level garages. The design features an extruded chambered elastomeric membrane, which is fusion-bonded to the concrete slab deck with elastomeric concrete. The installed system provides a watertight seal while flexing in response to movement as the structure is subjected to seasonal temperature changes.
The CS-Series incorporates a chambered, heavy-duty web structured center section, and integral edge flaps with factory punched holes. Through these holes the mixture penetrates and secures the Santroprene® seal to the base of the concrete blockout or recess. The webs of the chambered center are precisely located to exert a continuous and uniform horizontal force against the joint walls.
There are five distinct sizes in the CS-Series Membrane group; namely, the CS-250, CS-325, CS-400, CS-500 and CS-600. Each is designed for a different joint opening and movement capability. The CS-Series shapes are an appropriate selection for use where thin topping slabs require a likewise proportionately shallow expansion joint profile. The CS-Series shapes are specifically designed for installations, where a smooth walking surface is of importance. Due to a series of movement-absorbing grooves across the top surface of the cross-section, the seals provide a nearly constant level during cyclic action.

- Creates a water tight condition, isolating the expansion joint from the rest of the waterproofing
DCS – Dual Chambered Seal System
Dual-chambered wed design allows for greater movement range and can be used in irregular joint openings.
