The Nautilus System combines the modern look of stainless steel cable railing and polished or brushed stainless steel top and optional bottom rail. Patented RailEasy™ tensioners allow for quick and easy installation and adjustment. Enjoy the low maintenance quality of stainless steel railing with no special assembly skills or tools. The Nautilus System is used for interior or exterior applications where clients have existing or new posts made of wood, vinyl or composite material.
The SunRail™ Nautilus System features horizontal cable strung through posts with top and optional bottom rails, all consisting of type 316 stainless steel. This system requires no special assembly skills or tools and is also perfect for interior or exterior applications.
Add MicroStar™ LED lighting underneath the top rail for a unique accent.
Straight Sections
The Nautilus Systems are offered in two standard rail heights of 36" or 42" for straight sections. They consist of horizontal cable and tensioners with stainless steel top and optional bottom rails.
Stair Sections
Rail Height for stair Sections are available in 36" only.
Note: Railing heights are offered in these dimensions due to nationwide building codes. However, Atlantis Rail can supply custom heights/lengths upon request.
Between Posts Length
Atlantis Rail Systems recommends staying within 5' section lengths to maintain structural integrity.
Between Cable Spacing
Atlantis Rail recommends a maximum of 3" on center spacing for cable assemblies. Check with local building codes to ensure proper cable spacing.
Atlantis Rail Nautilus System Post Sleeve (Optional)
White vinyl sleeves, fitting over a 4x4 post, are available as a railing add-on. They come standard with cap and skirt and are in lengths of 48", to be cut to appropriate application heights.
Marine Grade Stainless Steel
The Nautilus Systems are made from the extremely corrosion resistant type 316 stainless steel to add years of value and enjoyment.

Cable infill is connected in the field utilizing patented RailEasy™ tensioners, using simple hand tools.

Featuring mechanical swaging capabilities, these tensioners allow installers to cut cable on site, removing the hassle of pre-measuring and the cost of miscalculating dimensions.
3 Easy Installation Steps
RailEasy™ Side Mounts (Straight & Adjustable)
The Atlantis Rail Nautilus System is surface mounted to posts using straight or adjustable side mounts, depending on the design situation. Each mount is fastened to the post using three #10 screws and includes a set screw to lock the tube and prevent turning.
