Aristone Designs was founded in 1964 by the Grieco family. Their strong Italian heritage and artistic abilities developed the extensive line of architecturally correct and high quality precast products. Today, Aristone Designs continues to provide our customers with superior quality and service for all your precast requirements.
- Our extensive product line include: columns, balustrade, fireplace mantles, trim, moldings, wall caps, pier caps, tables, benches and other site furnishings. All products are manufactured in either; concrete, plaster or GFRC (glass fiber reinforced concrete). Concrete and GFRC products are produced in a standard smooth gray finish. Our finishes include 16 standard colors, available in smooth, sandblast, acid etched, coral and our own, old world finish.
- We offer one of the largest selections of column styles: Tuscan, Morrish, Ionic, Corinthian (fluted or smooth shaft), Square Colonial, Florentine, Octagonal, Spiral, and Spanish Colonial. Please contact us directly with custom designs and sizes.
- Structural Columns are a one-piece solid concrete column, typically used in load bearing situations. To provide structural integrity the columns are cast with a rebar cage in the center.
- GFRC (glass fiber reinforced) columns are cast horizontally in 2 pieces and can be joined at the factory when a one-piece column is desired.
- Split columns are used primarily when you have to "wrap" around a structural support post. Concrete split columns can be assembled and grouted solid to provide a structural member.
- Plaster columns are for interior use only and have no load bearing capability. It is important to install plaster columns a minimum of 4" off the floor to avoid damage.
All pre-cast products produced by Aristone® Designs, Inc. are covered by a limited one-year warranty against defects in material and workmanship. All materials, molds and production methods are first quality, however, due to the natural materials used in our products, Aristone® Designs reserves the right to review all warranty claims on an individual basis. Please inspect your order at the time of arrival to make sure the product is satisfactory and notify Aristone® immediately if you have any concerns.
Per the Precast Concrete Institute's Manual for Quality Control: Architectural Precast Concrete (MNL117): "A smooth off-the-form finish may be one of the most economical, but is perhaps the most difficult to produce, as the color uniformity of gray, buff or pigmented surfaces is extremely hard to achieve."
We feel that the color and texture inconsistency for trim pieces with a smooth finish is acceptable (as it would be expected in a quarried stone product). We do not feel it is acceptable for a smooth shaft column, unless additional surface finishing is planned.
Aristone® Designs assumes no responsibility for the color and texture consistency of products ordered in our "smooth" finish.
As a material manufacturer, Aristone® Designs assumes
no responsibility
for the installation of our products.
