Architectural Urethane™ Polyurethane Door Surrounds are crafted in high density polyurethane with a density similar to white pine.  They provide classic, low maintenance entry systems at amazingly affordable prices.  Systems can include door pediments, pilasters, arches with keystones, radius sunbursts, and crossheads in a wide range of designs and sizes. 

Architectural Urethane™ Polyurethane Finials, Balls, Urns & Spires

Melton Classics provides hand crafted finials that have a density similar to white pine.  They will not rot or deteriorate like wood, and offer the perfect way to crown your newel posts and cupolas.

Architectural Urethane™ Polyurethane Louvers

Our polyurethane louvers are available in ventilating or non-ventilating styles.  Ventilating louvers have openings between the slats and are covered on the inside with non-corrosive screening to allow air flow and keep insects out.  Non-ventilating louvers are provided in one solid piece and do not allow air flow.  Architectural Urethane™ louvers are offered in a wide range of shapes, designs and sizes.  Decorative casings and keystones are also available to complement the louvers.

Any moulding profile can be produced in our low maintenance Architectural Urethane™ material.  We can provide design solutions such as large cove moulding, detailed egg & dart moulding, or combination dentil and fascia moulding.
