MeltonCraft™ CPVC Column Covers
MeltonCraft columns and posts are crafted from AZEK CPVC panel stock and offer the appearance of painted wood with none of the maintenance and deterioration issues associated with wood millwork. A wide range of column, pillar, pedestal, and newel post designs are available.
Custom Columns
MeltonCraft square column covers can be custom designed as tapered or non tapered columns in any square shaft profiles. Maximum design flexibility can be achieved through a huge variety of capital and base offerings. Other options include raised panel, recessed panel, fluted, or plain shaft columns. Diameters range from 6" to 36" and heights range from 4' to 20'. Please contact us about availability of square columns over 20' in height.
Easy Installation
MeltonCraft™ square column covers are designed for non-structural column cover or column wrap applications. They are a very economical choice compared to other square columns, and simple installation techniques also keep costs low. Columns are offered fully assembled, made in "L" shaped halves, or as column wraps with four pre-scored panels which wrap around structural columns. MeltonCraft™ column covers are shaped using a state of the art CNC (computer numeric controlled) router, which provides joint tolerances than cannot be achieved in the field. This contributes to crisp corners, and an easy and beautiful installation.

Melton Classics artisans can craft custom pedestals, pillars, and newel post covers in MeltonCraft™ CPVC to further enhance your project. We can also provide design coordination by matching MeltonCraft™ CPVC components with our DuraClassic™ Balustrades or Architectural Urethane™ Balustrades, Mouldings and Millwork.
