MarbleTex™ Synthetic Marble Columns
The beautiful MarbleTex™ synthetic marble columns are maintenance-free and cast from poly/marble composite synthetic stone. The columns are integrally pigmented and have a fine grained texture.
Color and Design
MarbleTex™ columns are available in a variety of stunning colors. We can also match any required custom color. The columns are available in a large assortment of classical designs which are based on the timeless Orders of Architecture. Smooth or fluted shafts are available in tapered round, no-taper round, and square shaft styles. Sizes are available in diameters from 8" to 36" and up to 24' in height. Melton Classics can also provide custom designs.
Materials
Maintenance free MarbleTex™ columns are roto-cast in fiberglass reinforced polyester resin and marble synthetic stone composite by our millwork artisans. Synthetic stone is cast with integral color.
Installation
MarbleTex™ columns are designed for load bearing column, column cover, or column wrap applications. L brackets and caps and bases that fit around the column shaft provide simple and easy installation. Split columns can be provided for column cover installations, which are joined with matching colorized adhesive sealant.
