MarbleTex™ Synthetic Marble Balustrades
Melton Classics combines state of the art materials with classic designs to provide MarbleTex™ Synthetic Marble Balustrade systems. These balustrades have the look and feel of marble, but are substantially lighter in weight for elevated applications.
Quality
Our balustrades have a uniform finely textured surface, which is significantly better than the casting flaws visible on other balustrade products. Our unique manufacturing process allows us to create the highest quality systems with the appearance of genuine stone.
Maintenance Free
MarbleTex™ Synthetic Marble Balustrade systems are hand crafted with integral colors and require no painting or sealants. They are available in Classic White Synthetic Stone, or in premium stone colors such as Limestone, Sandstone, or Buff. Our proprietary MarbleTex™ Synthetic Marble is made up of powdered marble and polymer composition, enhanced with UV protection. The material has a very low (.0001) moisture absorption rate, which reduces mildew and eliminates spalling.
Reduced Weight
Heavier balustrade systems require additional framing or steel structural supports. Our proprietary manufacturing process allows our balustrade systems to have the appearance of natural stone, while providing a reduced weight, which is particularly useful for elevated applications such as stairs, balconies, or rooftops.
Simple Installation
MarbleTex™ Balustrades are available in lengths up to 20’. They can be installed with larger spans and fewer newel posts, which can result in lower costs and fewer deck or roof penetrations. Maintenance free systems are easy to install without specialized labor, utilizing our patented spring loaded steel pin connection system.
