Pergolas & Arbors
Pergolas & Arbors FiberLite™ Fiberglass Pergolas & Arbors are crafted with fiberglass rafters and purlins and are supported by your choice of our authentic architectural columns. They have a lower lifetime cost than any pergola or arbor on the market today.
Fiberglass is the perfect material for these products due to its superior strength to weight ratio, which exceeds that of steel. FiberLite™ Pergolas and Arbors can span up to 18 feet between columns without risk of deformation. They also will not sag or twist due to variations in temperature, and are impervious to insects, rot, and corrosion. Melton Classics FiberLite™ Pergolas and Arbors are virtually maintenance free when painted with Duration by Sherwin Williams.
We specialize in custom pergola and arbor designs. The only limitation is your imagination. You can select from four standard rafter tail designs or we can provide a customized design. FiberLite™ pergolas are available in a range of standard colors, or we can match the color to other architectural elements. We can also ship the unfinished pergola for field applied finishing.
FiberLite™ Pergolas and Arbors are available with our MarbleTex™ or RusticStone™ synthetic stone columns with integral color for a complete design and worry free experience. We can also provide DuraClassic™ columns which can be supplied painted with Duration paint to match or contrast with your pergola rafters and purlins.
Pergolas can be designed free standing or attached to your building on one or more sides. They are also engineered for electrical wiring to accommodate ceiling fans, lighting, or electrical outlets. Every FiberLite™ pergola is supplied with complete detailed installation instructions, stainless steel hardware, and your choice of column design.
