1/8” - 3 ply cross banded hardwood face veneer, 1/30” face veneer prior to sanding.

Type I or Type II bond, by specification, between faces and core/frame components. Formulated using no formaldehyde.

Assembly:
7 ply when using 3 ply hardwood face feneer. Core and frame components are bonded and uniformly sanded to a thickness of 1 ½“ (± .015). For FD 1/3, core and frame components are assembled to meet or exceed 20 minute specifications.
