The Council administers its LEEDT (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) building rating system. This is "a voluntary, consensus-based national standard for developing high-performance sustainable buildings", the Council states.

  • 3ACUS Benton plant management conducts 3 EHS inspections of the facility per month, initiates and carries out corrective action plans.
  • 3ACUS Benton has a Storm Water Best Management Practices Plan and a Groundwater Protection Plan which requires monitoring of storm water runoff and regular site inspections as well as review of the management plans.
