Truck Levelers

Truck levelers raise or lower the back end of the entire trailer to dock level, providing at least three significant advantages over dock levelers:
  1. Safety—Truck levelers reduce the ramp angle because the entire length of the trailer becomes the ramp rather than just the 8 or 12 foot length of the dock leveler. This provides a much safer operation and reduces maintenance on powered equipment.
  2. Flexibility—Truck levelers offer more adjustment flexibility (36"), giving you the ability to handle a wider variety of truck bed heights.
  3. Security—Truck levelers are installed outside your building or foundation wall, ensuring security and minimum heat loss.
Advance truck levelers have important design and safety features not offered by other manufacturers:
  1. A 10 year structural warranty.
  2. An anti-interflow hydraulic system to reduce side to side platform deflection.
  3. A 24 volt, 4 amp fused control circuit in a NEMA 12 oil and dust tight industrial enclosure to insure safety and low maintenance.
  4. Box beam construction for maximum strength and torsional rigidity.
  5. A baked-on enamel paint finish for long equipment life.
With the exception of Advance's economical 12-214, Advance truck levelers also offer extra heavy duty 60,000 lb. capacities, 36" vertical travel, compatibility with dock shelters and truck restraints, solid steel skirts and full length wheel locators on pit mounted units.
