CUSTOM DESIGNS AND CUSTOM ALUMINUM TUBE RAILINGS

ATR Technologies offers various styles of custom railing systems with proven quality and competitive prices. All Aluminum Tube Railings feature interlocking technology, concealed fasteners and tamper resistant construction. When required, welded construction can be incorporated into the overall design. ATR Technologies has the experience, background and skilled craftsmen needed to respond with accurate and effective solutions.

All custom designs develop within current building code requirements, local code amendments and the latest updates for compliance with ADA guidelines. ATR often provides value engineering that offers cost effective alternative designs. As new concepts develop and value engineering permits, ATR Technologies has generated hundreds of custom dies and the associated tooling in order to meet architectural design requirements for an ever-changing market.

Many elements play import roles in creating new designs (e.g. post spacing, opening sizes, loading criteria, component sizes, railing height and aesthetics). Custom aluminum railing systems are created to maintain the designer’s general aesthetics. In most cases, new designs bring about surprising results, often below budget. At times, new designs generate new standard parts that are later offered for others to use, too. Negotiated lead-times help to assure on-time delivery to the jobsite.
