Product Presentation
PC panels may be BATTEN STYLE or STANDING SEAM STYLE. This is a two
piece system where the seam is snapped over the clips and fasteners. Uses
include roofs, mansards and equipment screens. The PC panels may be used
for tapered installations, and they can be curved in concave or convex
styles. The PC panels are not structural panels and must be applied to
a solid underlayment.
Sizes and Profiles:
PC BATTEN STYLE panels are available in 1 (PCB001) and 2 (PCB002)
heights. The STANDING SEAM (PCS114) is 1 high. Three different pan widths
may be specified: 11-1/4 (PCP110), 12-5/8 (PCP120) and 15-1/4 (PCP150).
The code PCP999 is used for custom specified widths or tapered panels.
PCX114 Convex Standing Seam panels and PCV114 Concave Standing Seam panels
are 1 high.
PCX114 convex has a minimum radius of 4'-9" and the PCV114 concave has
a minimum radius of 2'-9". Panel lengths are cut to customer specifications,
with a minimum of 2' and a maximum to transportation limitations.
Composition and Materials:
Panels are roll-formed from .032
or .040 Aluminum or 24 gauge G90 galvanized Steel. Also available in .028
Zinc. The curved panel is produced in .032 Aluminum or 24 gauge Steel. PCP147 is only available in .032 anodized aluminum and 16 oz. copper.
Color and Finish:
A choice of 27 colors is available in a Kynar 500® or Hylar 5000®
based finish. (Request color chart or chips.) An anodized finish is available
in clear or dark bronze.
Texture may be smooth or stucco embossed.

Availability and Cost
PC System panels are readily available through ATAS product distributors.
A complete line of accessories in matching or coordinating colors is available
to complete a project. Coil stock or flat sheet can be provided for field
fabrication of custom flashings.
Cost:
Contact ATAS product distributors for cost.
Installation
The PC seam is snapped over the clips and fasteners, concealing the
fastening system. With the Batten Style, the system is installed with a
spacer clip and the batten is snapped in place. Installation manuals or
hands-on training through seminars are available. Contact ATAS technical
service advisors for information.
Maintenance
PC System panels are virtually maintenance free. The high quality finish
will not fade, chalk, crack or peel, and since the substrate is metal,
the panel will not warp, rot or break. Surface residue may be easily removed
by conventional cleaning methods. Minor scratches may be touched up with
a matching paint, available from the manufacturer.
