ATAS International, Inc. also provides lightweight framing systems for use in the correction of a deteriorating flat roof, to enhance a roof line or construct an equipment screen. Our structural U’s are roll-formed from 18 or 24 gauge Metallic Coated steel or heavy-duty .050 gauge aluminum. Hat sections are used for the main frames and the installation rails, while the U’s are used for crossbars and connectors between the hats. ATAS manufactures a lower and wider sub-girt, only 13/16” high, to allow fastening to the wall with a power tool. These sub-girts are ideal receivers of metal panels.

ATA-FRAME® renovation framing systems are versatile, lightweight yet strong, and custom engineered for the solution to a variety of roofing problems. The system can be applied to almost any existing building and substrate. Easy to install, work can be accomplished with minimal disruption to the tenants. Tear-off of the old material may not be required. Converting a flat roof to a pitched roof allows for positive drainage, minimizes roof maintenance and extends roof life.
