product profile, listed above in bold type, on this CD.
Structural Systems
The advantage of metal roofing is its strength and durability. Several
of ATAS metal roof systems are structural in nature; therefore, they can
be installed over open framing or purlins. The lightweight and high load
bearing properties of the structural metal roof systems allow maximum spacing
between trusses and/or reduction of roof truss dimensions.
Selection
Carrying an inventory of over six million pounds of prepainted coil
stock, ATAS has a color to meet your design expectations. Twenty-seven
(27) standard colors in a high performance, Kynar 500® or Hylar 5000®
based, finish are backed by a twenty-year limited warranty. If a non-standard
color is requested, it can be provided, subject to availability, order
size and extended lead-time. ATAS also carries touch-up paint for each
color.

product profile, listed above in bold type, on this CD.
Quality
All ATAS systems have undergone extensive testing: wind uplift, fire
rating, water and air filtration, and various local building code acceptances.
Class A and B fire ratings are achieved depending on the substrate. ScanRoof,
Monarch, Multi-Purpose and PC Systems have met and surpassed the rigid
requirements of the UL580 test procedure to receive the UL90 rating for
wind uplift. In this test, all aspects of the roof system are evaluated,
from the roof deck or sub-purlins, anchor clips and fasteners, as well
as the metal panel itself. Load tables are available upon request. Further,
ATAS 11" Dutch Seam panel, MRD110, in .040 aluminum, has been accepted
and approved by the U.S. Government Corps of Engineers Guidelines (CEGS
07416). Due to the wide variety of the panel systems and assemblies, it
is not feasible to publish each individual report. ATAS support team will
provide information on the compliance of these ratings to the method of
construction on a particular project. The Engineer and/or Architect must
verify that the roof design will meet the requirements for all local codes.
