Installing a doorway is easier than ever with ReadySet® preassembled doors, frames and hardware from ASSA ABLOY Door Security Solutions. ReadySet openings are assembled beforehand, available prefinished and quickly fit into place when delivered to the job site.
A ReadySet opening is constructed with door and hardware products from CECO, CORBIN RUSSWIN, CURRIES, GRAHAM, HES, McKINNEY, NORTON, RIXSON, SARGENT, SECURITRON and YALE. ReadySet openings are preassembled by certified installers, prefinished and delivered to the precise specifications.
ReadySet eliminates the need for additional on-site assembly, drilling, and wiring. All individual components of a doorway—frame, door, hinges, locking hardware and closers—are assembled beforehand and delivered to the construction site as a fully functioning opening. What makes ReadySet truly unique is a specially designed two-piece frame that fits into place after the drywall is already in place.
With ReadySet there is no need to install the frame first and then come back later to install the rest of the doorway. Instead, the hinges, door and hardware are all assembled to one section of the frame which fits in place over the dry wall. The second frame section is then set in place and the two pieces are connected together, creating a complete opening in little time.
All opening components—hollow metal doors, wood doors, hollow metal frames and mechanical/electromechanical hardware, including locks, exit devices, closers, hinges and door controls—are supplied from one single source. Units are shipped on special pallets to protect the product. All related hardware and accessories are installed and checked for functionality prior to shipment.
