Nixalite Architectural Bird Control is an all stainless steel wire and strip barrier that controls and repels pest birds and climbing animals on nearly any surface. Available in 3 specific models, Nixalite’s precisely arranged spring-tempered wires present an impassible physical barrier to pest birds and climbing animals.
Made of 316 stainless steel wire and strip, Nixalite is a clean, quiet, efficient and extremely long lasting barrier. Only Nixalite has bird control strip installations more than 50 years old that are still working perfectly. With up to 120 points per foot and 180 degree wire coverage, Nixalite strips provide the best gap-free surface protection in the bird control industry.
A malleable stainless steel base strip provides a durable yet flexible backbone that follows curves and contours, making Nixalite very versatile. The thin wires of Nixalite are inconspicuous and will not interfere with a structure’s appearance. Nixalite strips can be easily cut to custom lengths without the need for special tools. Our unique stainless steel mounting system allows for easy removal and reinstallation of the Nixalite strips if necessary. Other products are mounted directly with hardware and or adhesive making them difficult and costly to remove.
Leading humane and bird societies approve of and use Nixalite because it causes no harm to birds or climbing animals. It simply prevents birds and animals from roosting, nesting or climbing on surfaces.

Nixalite Bird Control is available in 3 different models, each with its own application. All Nixalite models are available in 12"(30.5cm), 16"(40.6cm), 24"(61.0cm) and 48"(122.0cm) strip lengths. Nixalite Model S: Standard full row model for all bird species on all types of surfaces.
Nixalite Model H: Half-row model for surfaces less than 2” in depth (5.1cm) and with Nixalite Model S on wider surfaces to achieve proper surface coverage.
Nixalite Model W: Wall mount model for vertical surfaces only. Use above surfaces less than 2” in depth (5.1cm) or over other Nixalite Models when specified. Use with Nixalite Model S for climbing animal barrier installation.
Nixalite Blunt Tip Option: Available for Nixalite Model S and Nixalite Model H. Same as standard models with the exception of flat tipped wires.
Nixalite Mounting Hardware: Made of either stainless steel or non-corrosive materials. Standard mounting hardware is supplied with Nixalite strips in set quantities. Nixalite mounting hardware allows for strip removal and reinstallation without causing damage to the installation surface, the Nixalite strips or mounting system.
Specify the Nixalite mounting hardware that best suits the installation surface.

Custom Forms: Use a custom made form, bracket or strap to fasten bird control strips to difficult surfaces with limited or zero surface penetration. Contact manufacturer for custom form design. Adhesive: Possible but not recommended. Use Glue Clips from manufacturer if adhesive must be used.
The Nixalite Bird Control strips are 100% 316 stainless steel wires and strip. Unless the ColorCoat option is ordered, the Nixalite strips are delivered in the stainless steel finish (natural finish).
